Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe Mango peeled and sliced
- 1 cup orange juice fresh if possible
- 1/2 tbsp flaxseed meal can use chia seeds instead
- 1 tbsp protein powder optional
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend and serve
