Pumpkin Pie For 2
Pumpkin is super high in magnesium!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oat flour Take old fashioned oats and grind in a blender or food processor until a flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- dash salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix everything together well. place in mug or a small microwave safe dish for 2 minutes. May not want to share!
