Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 ripe Mango peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh if possible
  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseed meal can use chia seeds instead
  • 1 tbsp protein powder optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Blend and serve
